Detailed facility cleaning provides a sequence of inspection, dry-soil removal, treatment, cleaning, controlled drying and final checks. Washing or flushing is considered where appropriate for the rug. Complimentary pickup and delivery are included with facility cleaning.
On-site low-moisture cleaning is a lighter maintenance option for a suitable rug. It is not the same service as detailed facility cleaning. You do not need to choose a method before contacting us; describe the rug and the concern first.

Tell us about everyday soil, spills, pet-related spots or odors, and any changes to the fringe or rug pad. Include previous treatments, even if you are unsure which product was used. Permanent color loss, damaged fibers and unstable dyes can limit the result. We will discuss expectations after assessment.

Facility cleaning usually takes several days overall. Drying is one stage of that process, so drying-stage hours should not be used to plan the return date. Discuss your preferred timing, access and any optional pad or fringe work when requesting the quote.
