I truly enjoyed working with Power Pup Clean from beginning to end. Scheduling was easy and they were very responsive. Emir was highly knowledgeable, explained everything and checked my understanding at every step. I had a room that was highly stained and Emir explained the options and potential outcomes. I was sent a planning doc at the time of scheduling - nice touch. Everything that I was told would happen did and at a higher level of professionalism and diligence than I was expecting. They showed up a bit early, with an hour heads up as he saw traffic was lighter than he expected. That’s customer service I appreciate!

Great responsiveness and communication in scheduling this job. Emir showed up on time and was courteous and professional. Completed our HOA common area job and did a walkthrough to make sure everything met our expectations. The carpet looks great! I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the on site cleaning!  Our rugs are alpaca from Argentina so it was very important to clean these well after moving!  Emir was super friendly, flexible, and did a fantastic job!

I had a fantastic experience with this Power Pup Clean for cleaning my area rugs (which BADLY needed a good wash)! Emir was incredibly personable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and the right treatment was applied.  Communication from quoting to arrival time was instantaneous and the quality of service was excellent.  Additionally, scheduling was incredibly fast and easy and they were able to fit me in within the week Emir clearly takes pride in his work and made the entire process seamless from start to finish.  I very much appreciate the attention to detail and my rugs look fantastic - the odor and stains have been well addressed.  I would absolutely recommend Power Pup Clean to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality carpet cleaning!

I haven’t used this company’s services yet, but I wanted to leave a review specifically for Marcus because of his integrity and exceptional customer service. I called him about a food dye stain on our wool rug, and he patiently stayed on the phone while I sent him photos. After looking at them, he was upfront that the stain was likely permanent. Rather than coming out and charging me for a cleaning he didn’t believe would work, he recommended a company specializing in dyeing and color restoration for wool rugs. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and willingness to point me in the right direction, even though it meant not getting the job himself. That kind of integrity is truly refreshing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company in the future.

Power Pup resonded in less than 24hrs with initial request. had appointment for 2 days later. next day Jod called with opening. was to our home in hour. cannot say enough nice things about Jod. great job super helpful. moved our furniture and was VERY understanding about our problem with our pet stains. would recommend using them for any cleaning project. great job power pup! Emir was fantastic, he did the cleaning of my couch and 2 area rugs, everything is squeaky cleaned, smelling wonderful, he removed the fabric peeling off the couch with a fabric shaver, plus he is so nice and friendly, very knowledgeable, gave me bunch of tips on how to take care of upholstery. Can’t recommend him enough, you guys got a new loyal customer!
