Oh my Goodness! Called and told power pup clean my carpet issue, they came out within one hour. Technician was so kind, game me updates on his arrival. Very professional, wore shoe covers, shook my hand upon introducing himself. The carpet is spotless after it was cleaned! Admin used two disinfectants in addition to cleaning the carpet. Technician even cleaned the base boards. This was a difficult stain of blood that happened hours prior. My carpet is two years old, my husband and I had little hope of it coming out. Admin gave me confidence, he totally took every ounce of blood out of our carpet and went the extra mile and set up fans for me, knowing it had been a difficult morning for us and just arriving home from the ER.
