Identify where soil or discoloration is most noticeable and whether it affects the tile, grout, or both. Share previous cleaners, coatings, or sealers and the results of earlier cleaning. Point out cracks, loose grout, or damaged areas separately. Cleaning results depend on condition; repair or a uniform color change should not be assumed.
