Explain when you need the rug back and whether access to the room will change before then. Give the collection address and say if the return address differs. Confirm availability before relying on a proposed date.
Facility care usually takes several days overall. Inspection, cleaning, controlled drying and final checks are part of the service, so drying time alone does not define the return schedule.

For your rug, ask about the full schedule rather than transferring that carpet experience to a different service. Material, condition and the proposed work need to be considered too.

Describe the rug’s size, care-label information, stains or odors, and previous treatments. A lighter on-site low-moisture refresh may be appropriate for maintenance; facility care includes inspection, dry-soil removal, suitable treatment and cleaning, controlled drying, and final checks.
Ask what improvement is realistic. Cleaning cannot restore missing dye or damaged fibers, and complete stain or odor removal is not guaranteed. The main rug-cleaning guide explains the options.

Complimentary pickup and delivery are available. Explain stairs, parking and entry restrictions, and discuss heavy furniture before collection. Arrange fragile-item preparation in advance; you do not need to pre-vacuum or roll the rug.

Agree on the cleaning price and any optional pad or detailed fringe work before the work begins. If multiple rugs are involved, explain which room or date matters for each one.
