Fibers, dyes, construction and condition all affect suitable rug care. Where appropriate, facility washing and flushing can address deeper contamination. Results also depend on the concern and previous treatments; complete stain or odor removal cannot be promised. Cleaning cannot replace missing dye or repair damaged fibers. Mention any fringe damage or other wear when discussing what can reasonably be achieved.

Facility care includes inspection, dry-soil removal, suitable treatment and cleaning, controlled drying and final checks. Complimentary pickup and delivery are included, and full service usually takes several days. On-site low-moisture care is a lighter maintenance option where appropriate.
