We tried another place first, but they refused to clean our rental house carpet without us present. Power Pup had no problem doing the job without us at the house, which was a godsend because we were very busy moving. It seems simple, but that saved us a lot of time on a very hectic day.
We checked out the carpet later that night and found that they did a perfect job. They were very professional, detailed, and straight forward with us. We will definitely use them again!
